Where are you located?

We are located at 2602 Main St Dallas TX 75226

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are prepared for shipping within (1-2)  business days after your place it. Once a label has been created you will receive a shipping confirmation, orders will take typically between 1-4 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

 

Why was my order canceled?

There are several reasons for an order being canceled.  Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

  

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges at all; all sales are final. Most of our inventory is on consignment, meaning we sell items for many individual sellers/consignors. These consignors are paid out shortly after their item(s) sell. Because of this, we are firm on our return policy.

 

Are all the items you sell authentic?

Nollege carries only 100% authentic inventory.  We do not accept fakes or counterfeits.  We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell, as we have a few in-house authentication specialists who inspect all product that is taken in and put up for sale.

 

When will you get more or an item that is sold out?

Restocks of styles and/or sizes depending on the availability within our network of sellers. We cannot predict when a shoe will be back in inventory or available in a specific size.

  

Do you accept trades or size swaps?

A good amount of our inventory is on consignment, and we pay consignors shortly after items leave our store.  Because of this, we don’t do trades. 

 

Does nollege buy shoes outright?

We do buy for shoes for a reasonable negotiated price.

 

Does nollege ship internationally? 

Unfortunately for the time being we do not ship internationally.

 

How do I become a consignor at nollege?

Consignments mean we sell items for you, and we pay you as your items sell. Many local consignors bring their items to our store in person. Out-of-state and out-of-country consignors often ship their consigned items to us.

Who sets the prices of items?

Prices are negotiated based on what the shoes sell for at market value.  We agree on a price with our consignors.  We price items to move quickly.

 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Yes, but final sales tax will vary depending on what state you are located in.
